Renovation and Facade Addition to an existing CMU retail storefront in Downtown Battle Ground, this new 2-tenant dental office had to overcome large planning hurdles to begin development. Newly enhanced stormwater requirements and impervious area restrictions combined to create a very unique planning challenge. New facades on the south and north sides utilize innovative materials including concrete tiles and thin porcelain wall cladding. Framed entries with thin canopies create a welcoming and simple pedestrian experience.
