Full renovation and seismic upgrade of an existing 5,500 SF single family house in the Overlook neighborhood of North Portland. Sitting low on the street frontage, the existing building required extensive upgrades to the foundation and exterior to bring it up to modern standards. A reconstructed deck overlooking the City is the focus of the home, with a second floor master suite balcony sharing the view of the Fremont Bridge and Downtown Portland. Excepted completion in the Fall of 2019.
